HMMM "ASC needs Maintenance" On ORTEGA HWY last night???

2013 evo x gsr (no tune) couple bolt-ons and I would say I am a not so newbie to driving ortega.

Interesting I was driving pretty aggressive but I didn't think I was too aggressive to turn on christmas lights on my dash.

half way through I get an ASC warning and my Traction Control decides to disable on its own. Normal behavior? Not so Normal? What could cause this?

And then on the last stretch back to OC on ortega I have a Brake indicator popping up on my dash as well?

Thank you in advance for anyone that can identify the issue or give input other than "why because racecar" haha

Abs sensor might be going bad.

I can't even begin to tell you how many different prompts I get flashing at me when driving aggressive. Don't mind em, they'll go away...

If you left the ASC on, at some point it may have felt overworked. After so much slipping it just gives up and stops trying to deal with it. Kind of in a self preservation effort. If you get that light when driving hard, turn off the ignition for a minute, turn it back on and see if the warning is gone. If it is, it was just pissed off. If the light stays on permanently through many ignition cycles, then it is a sensor fault or wiring issue.

Was ASC on during your runs? If so, turn it off next time. It will be more fun anyways. Quickest for most people is to turn it the one push off. Not the hold it down for a couple seconds off.

The brake warning light coming on is your brake fluid is low. Your brake fluid is low because your brake pads are worn down pretty far. Time for some Stoptech pads for you.

Thank you Fellas for the response,
Mike: I did leave ASC on for the first half I did exactly what you recommended and I shut down the car for about 2 min...I was good to go. And low an behold I took my wheels off and I am rocking about 25% in the front and about 50% in the rear...and why? Because race-car. So you prefer STOPTECH over Brembo pads huh?

The Stoptech pads are made for exactly what you are doing with the car.

If you wanted stock pads like the stock Brembo pads for some reason, Centric has that covered for $65 front and $55 rear. Much cheaper than the Brembo pads.

I'm just throwing this out there because it used to happen to me all the time.... My light would ALWAYS come on due to overboosting before I had my tune. Stupid ASC maintenance light =.= after I got my tune I haven't seen it since.
