    Missing/hiccup

    A couple weeks ago my VIII starting missing/ hiccuping in low rpm's (2-35k). About the same time I had to put the stock intake, intercooler piping, and cat on due to smog. The car is tuned with cams. Is it due to putting stock parts back on with a tuned map or could it be something else more serious?

    Did you leave the cams in? otherwise, it sounds like a boost leak.

    Cams are still in there. Mainly hiccups during slow acceleration : /

    Or just cruising along. Doesn't happen all the time, but enough to make me worry

    Ended being due to my diverter valve installed backwards
