I wish I could afford a set of ohlins. Springs are probably the best way to go for a DD on a budget.

if you get springs get some struts too, the stocks ones go soft fast, at least mine are. I think theres good combos for less then a grand that are sweet, wish I would have done that frist, but I hateeee to wait for shit. fucking 8:00 day 1 ownership at tonys getting springs and spacers put on....

ADD: you could find some cheap coliover for about a grand too, I think megans are like 780$ but they are really shitty, TBH I wouldnt spend less then 1500 on a set of coilovers.

im speaking strictly from my personal experience, and if your rocking them and love them excellent don't take it personal I think they are shitty its my opinion.

that being said: frist I didn't like the front lower brackets: looked thin and untreated sharp edges and gritty sides. they were noisy, and after 4 adjustments the PS spring holder became cross threaded(never did find out if it was barrel of sprocket) not to mention the hook wrench that came with them just about cut my fingers off.

and these were for my Subaru, the megan street racing series.

I picked up a set of Megan Tracks to at least get me low until i get something nice, and tbh they rode shitty until they were properly set up, now they are still no Ohlins but they are managable
