I think unless you plan on doing ACD tuning.. just keep your evo and enjoy it as is! other than that it seems liek your mods are still pretty basic, definitely get some track time and experience under your belt first before trying to find another evo!

Ya you have to macky !! Ever since you guys changed the rule of having a certain amount of post to access the for sale section, every newb on here are posting like crazy.. Look at every thread an it's all newbs blowing them up to get there posts up. Idk if this just me that sees this but man I've never seen so many newbs on here. It's a good thing to get the site back alive but at the same time I've never seen most of these people on here before. It's usually the regulars on here lol. Just thought I say that.

Oh and i have an 8 and contemplated trading for a 9 myself a few years ago. It wouldve been an expensive endeavor since i had quite a bit of work done on my 8 already. In the end i ended up swapping in a 9 MIVEC engine and ECU and called it a day. Best decision i ever made.

I have buddys with 8 and 9, when it comes down to it theres not really a difference, just a tab bit turbo on the 9 and nicer interior. I actualy prefer my buddies 8 RS over my other buddies 9 mr.

Get your Viii tuned ASAP. Do the ix turbo swap, injectors, fuel pump and e85 and you'll be making 350 ish to the wheels. Plenty to have fun with and still reliable.
