Anyone in Lancaster / Palmdale that can lower my 3port boost?

Here for a few days before I move to Seattle. Had a very disappointing tune by a professional that took 6 visits and still wasn't correct. I need the car drivable but it hits fuel cut at the top of 4th and 5th?! Any help is appreciated. I have a tactrix already if that helps.

No joe won't do that. You can ask but he won't. He's great working on the car but not that kind of stuff. I knew how for years an I've let him do so much to my car before. How is great an Es muffler are great dude but he won't do nothig to damgae a car. Just mechanics
