What's up Socal... and everyone else. Well one of our evos went in to make all this new parts for the 2013 2014, Evolution X. Here is some of the parts that they have come out with and progress of one of the new rides we are building. If you guys have any ideas or comments let's see what they are and if u like or have any positive input.
Here are some more pics of them finished and how sick does it look.... the front looks so mean and different from the usual stuff that's out now for the Evo X
It looks paper thin......I think if they made it thicker, it would be a bit more noticeable/better looking.
Looks like the same thickness as a credit card.....which means not that sturdy.
It's about 1/8 well a little bigger it's the same as the APR wind splitter but it is made up of 3pcs just a different look to get away from the normal things that are out there for our Evos it does look a lot better on the car and in person. Thank for the reply bud.
Mister refer more about if the canals stand track use. I consider a lot of socalevo peers are track junkies, so they may concern about lifetime and produce down force
Well life time of course will depend how u beat them up lol. And down force, they do make that they are specially molded, so if u eant to make some minor degree changes the will accommodate all this is new and I have done some rack time myself and they do help.... but I am not a all day everyday track only person so that is were we haft to see how the longevity of someone who uses them all the time on track
Let's go guys and girls what u think of this products. Trying to find out what Evo owners are interested in and if u like the way the parts are now.. This is up chance for a world wide company to listen to your input and feedback
Maybe shoot one of us some parts so we can see how long they last. I'll take 'em for a spin. All exterior body mods look very subtle which is cool cause it doesnt change too much to where you look like a track beast, minus the rear canards, they're a little too much for my taste. Front canards look good but overpower the lip so a splitter would probably look a little better.
Engine bay carbon fiber looks really good. Same thing as Evo_jfa mentioned about lifetime, obviously they were meant to go there but how long before they start discoloring. I'll take some of those for a test drive too.
Lol true on the plate but wife is tracking and why spend a lot on real wheels for the track if I'm going to beat them up I'd rather go through 3 sets of cheap ones lol and save my good wheels for when I want to roll around. Lol
Ya its a sudwoofer box. .... lol for the audio junkies that like something different and simple but look good post one pics tomorrow of it in the trunk.
Which one of u guys could put this to track use the best.. would like to see if i can get a set to someone that could test them..... and take me to the track to see what someone thinks
