    you know the game youre getting into so it should go without question that it will be on you depending on how modded the car is. I usually respond to that with a "Yes...I am including the stock emissions pieces, however SMOG is on you"
    It doesn't matter what you give them. You are responsible for getting a car you are selling smog checked no exceptions. If it doesn't pass enjoy your non Cali compliant car.

    ^ This is true. Smog is technically on the seller. If you think it might be an issue, i suppose you could have them sign something stating they understand the car hasn't/won't pas smog and is sold as-is.

    As a buyer, what's the ideal way to prove to the seller that you have the funds? Screenshot of bank account?

    Also, as a buyer, i would feel more comfortable doing the money transaction at my bank. Thoughts/feedback?
