man i am considering so bad going out and getting another vehicle, a truck. i am at 124k and its starting to hurt my soul lol but she still runs strong

I'm in the same boat. Car is at 108k, still runs strong but was considering of going hellcat or GT-R. Bang for the buck you can't beat the evo though, and when gas prices go up the hellcat will start eating your wallet and you'll feel like you're in hell. I still get compliments on my evo too! which is suprising since the car is 10 years old now.

Evo IX MR - 2G Eclipse GST -3G Eclipse (Sold)
Adding my story for evo saving the DD. I started to have issues with the 2G GST with IAC (well after diagnose it) and motor starting throwing smog.. so Evo became my daily since like 2 weeks ago. Notice Evo has one faulty fan and even with higher temperature, it doesn't have overhead issues like the 2g.

Evo could be a daily, but I prefer to have another one just to span more the maintenance and regular wear.

Well, I drove to Portland, OR from Riverside in a day once... soo give or take 1000 Miles in 16-17 hours.

Also I like the "daily cruise" idea.

Maybe we should show up at MOD with them... the "Evo Owners with Daily Drivers Club"

Coincidentally, I was fixing the IAC on my Camry in that picture.
