    Acceptable Exhaust Leak

How much exhaust leak is acceptable on the turbo housing? I really don't want to split the turbo again to replace the gasket. Car has a high flow cat. Here's a video of my current leak situation.

is it fully tight? I think once it's hot, is going to expanded and you should have better sealant.... Are you testing after running the car a bit?

It's piss tight. Car is cold. I decided to test because of fume smells on hard throttle. My cat/catback exhaust is leaking too, but those gaskets are easy to get to.

I was trying say to drive the car like today and run a test again tomorrow when the call is cold again. If gaskets are not damage, I'll be crossing fingers to have no leaks after pipe and gaskets expand and retract.. I can't think of another way to seal for no leaks. if you are about to tune it, I'll ask the tuner if it's ok or not
