    2015 Evo X GSR - MGP

    Proud owner of a 2015 Evo X MGP :)

Hey, what's up everybody! I bought an evo about 2 months ago and I'm still fairly new to the high performance life, my last vehicle was a 97 ford ranger pickup with no power steering so...It's a night and day feel for me and so far I'm loving it! Great to be here! My name's daniel and I am from the HD currently living in the antelope valley.

What up Dan! Congrats on your purchase. That must have been quite the transition coming from a Ranger, haha. I daily drive a 2002 Honda Odyssey, so i can imagine. Got any pics??

This is the only one I could dig up for now, too lazy to take new ones...waiting for an event so a pro can do it for me.

Nice. I dig the mudflaps on stock ride height cars. On lowered cars, not so much.

Does this judgement apply to slightly lowered cars? I was thinking of putting some swift spec r's on it. I think thats plenty low enough for me so I don't scrape everytime I leave my driveway but I do find the stock ride height a bit excessive...Input?

Whatever floats your boat man. I just always associate the mudflaps with rally cars, most which rock a pretty off road friendly ride height. When i see slammed cars with mudflaps i'm just scratching my head. The Swifts are one of the "functional" kits out there, definitely a good kit!

Thanks for the info! It does give off a rally vibe with the RA's, but I like it aesthetically and it's practical to stave off the occasional rock chip. :) I'm trying to pick up the spec r's soon, and I've heard it's all around pretty much the best set when you don't want to be monster truck-esque but also don't have to detach your bumper every time you enter a parking garage...
