    Stripped Thread

Hey everyone so I was installing my hks catback dual hi power exhaust on my evo x, only issue was that, while trying to put the 2 bolts back in to the cat from new midpipe, I noticed the bolt was stripped and then i also noticed the thread hole was also stripped so only one bolt and thread hole works. I guess what happen was that I was just forcing the bad bolt in and it caused damaged. Also I should've just bought new bolts from the beginning but its my first time doing this. I just wanted to know if anyone knows a good shop that can fix this? Today was the free day I can work on the car so I cant really fix it upon my self, and I need it for work next day. I'm in the Pomona area btw.

I would guess a muffler shop should be able to remove the stripped bolts. do you have one close by?

Yeah I was able to find a shop to get it fixed, so it's all good now. I just need to learn to have new hardware prepared for next time I do anything like that.
