Can't get parts for it so it's time to dump it for a profit while I still can. Besides, I'm thinking of moving out of the country. less baggage to transport 1/2 way around the world.

Preferably in the tropics. I'm looking into purchasing property and having a home built to our specifications. At 65, it's getting time to retire and I would like to have everything dialed in with a turn key home. No more freeway traffic jams going to and from work. No more concrete jungle full of cell towers masquerading as trees.

We have family in Nicaragua that live in a very desirable neighborhood. We are looking at a couple of houses and a lot to have a home built to my specs. YouTube wavmixer and I have some videos of where we will probably move to. We can hire a maid to cook and clean for $5 per day. Our family there pays their maid $10 a day which is double the going rate.
